Human Remains ID’d
The case of a missing man near Fort Saint James has come to a tragic end.
The North District Major Crime Unit has confirmed that human remains found on the Nak’azdli Reserve last week have been identified as those of 28 year old Fribjon Bjornson of Vanderhoof.
Bjornson was reported missing January 21st and his pickup was found two days later near Fort Saint James.
The death is considered suspicious and investigators want to hear from anyone that may have information about Bjornson, his vehicle, or his disappearance to contact RCMP.
Investigators say they are still attempting to determine cause of death and a motive.
