Traffic Calls Keep Hazelton RCMP Hopping
New Hazelton RCMP had their hands full with motor vehicle incidents over the weekend.
Police issued a 24 hour suspension to the driver of a pickup that ended up in the ditch near Gitanyow Saturday.
Mounties also arrested another motorist for impaired driving in South Hazelton after a routine stop revealed the driver was well over the legal limit.
New Hazelton RCMP also impounded two vehicles in separate incidents after it was discovered the drivers didn’t hold a valid licence.
One of the drivers was pulled over on Kispiox Valley Road while the other was in Gitanmaax.
